Ladies Park pieces are warranted against manufacturing defects and tarnishing by an official warranty. 304L pieces are warranted under a 1 -year warranty, while 316L pieces are warranted for a lifetime.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, not including damage caused by:

• excessive wear.
• lack of care.

During these warranty periods, if a defect arises in the product and it is deemed by Ladies Park to be a manufacturer’s defect, follow the instructions for returning the product.

Ladies Park will, at its option, to the extent permitted by law, either 1 time

• repair the product using new or refurbished parts.
• replace the product with a new product that is equivalent to the product that is to be replaced.
• refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the product.

Ladies Park shall have no obligation to repair, replace, or refund until the defective product is returned to Ladies Park. A replacement product will not assume the remaining warranty of the original product. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes Ladies Park property.

Exclusions and Limitations

This Limited Warranty applies only to stainless steel pieces manufactured by Ladies Park. This Limited Warranty does not apply to damage caused by

• accident
• abuse
• misuse
• misapplication
• use of non-Ladies Park products.

Do not expose your non-316L stainless steel Ladies Park pieces to harsh chemicals or environments, as they can alter the appearance of the product. These include, but are not limited to:

• liquid silver polish
• pools
• hot tubs
• salt water<l/i>
• spas

• Do not sleep in the non-316L stainless steel pieces. Please refer to the cleaning and care instructions for additional information on caring for and protecting your Ladies Park piece. Failure to follow these instructions may constitute abuse, misuse, or misapplication of your piece.

  THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IF RUSSET CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. RUSSET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. NO RUSSET RETAILER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
